Scottish homeowners can access government-backed grant and interest-free loan funding towards an air source heat pump through the Home Energy Scotland Grant & Loan. We'll check your property and explain exactly what you could get, free and with no obligation.
Takes under a minute. A specialist calls you back, with no obligation.
Rising energy costs have pushed many Scottish homeowners to rethink how they heat their homes. Ageing gas and oil systems tend to be more expensive to run, more expensive to replace, and less future-proof every year.
A modern air source heat pump can lower running costs, keep your home comfortably warm, and for eligible homes it can unlock substantial government funding. The quickest way to find out where you stand is to check:

Real installations on real Scottish homes, many of them older, rural or previously on oil. The kind of properties people assume "won't work" with a heat pump.

A detached three-bedroom home with a young family, previously on oil and tired of running out in winter. We upgraded them to an 8kW air source heat pump in three days, heating and hot water never went off, and removed the old garden oil tank.

A beautiful 250-year-old stable being converted into a home, where a gas connection was unaffordable and impractical. We designed a discreet air source system with underfloor heating, sympathetic to the building's character.

John's five-bedroom rural home was costing over £3,500 a year in oil. We designed and fitted a ground source heat pump using land he already had, a retrofit he was initially unsure would work.
"Night and day. We don't have the heating off, and we don't have to worry about checking oil. First class, the follow-up service has been faultless."John Henderson, homeowner (from his recorded interview)

A detached four-bedroom bungalow needing a complete heating overhaul, with the family living in throughout and Christmas approaching. We completed the full ground source system in 10 days with minimal disruption, plus smart thermostat control.
